Access
The studio is on the first floor, reached by a staircase.
The studio is non-smoking, also on the terrace and the French balcony. Barbecuing is not allowed.
For a maximum of 2 guests only.
No facilities for children or babies, and no pets allowed.
Events and parties are not allowed.
Please be mindful of other residents in the building.

Booking via Airbnb? Airbnb's cancellation policy applies. Booking directly, outside Airbnb, the following policy applies:
More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund
14 to 30 days before arrival: 50% refund
Less than 14 days before arrival: no refund
Leaving earlier than planned: no refund for the remaining, already-booked nights

For a direct booking (outside Airbnb), we ask for a deposit of €250.
The deposit is refunded within 3 to 5 business days after departure, provided there is no damage to the furniture or interior.
If you book via Airbnb, this is handled through Airbnb's own policy.
